Fan of anchovies? Yeah, me, too.
I’ve tried all the supermarket brands, and like the King Oscar ones best BUT I have recently found ones I like better from an Italian company called DeLallo.
I get all my whole wheat pasta from DeLallo, added a couple of tins of their anchovies, just to try. Turns out they’re perfect little flavor-bombs. And no more expensive than the KO.
While I’m on DeLallo, try their WW pasta. It’s all organic, grown, milled and extruded in Puglia (pool-ia) Italy. The capellini (angel hair) is second to only Hodgkins Mills — but HM has stopped making pasta.
