Don't forget that any ICE needs oil changes. Modern high-MPG engines have low tension rings, so long drain intervals are out. I'd add $50-100 per 5K miles, maybe a bit longer depending on battery vs ICE usage (that model has 50ish miles on a charge, so a commute under 20 miles might not run the ICE, except possibly for heat in the wintertime).
We've had a number of Priuses. They go reliably to 200+K miles (we had a Gen 1 that went 330K).
