Looking at a map, I can't help but wonder how this plays with Lithuania's decision to apply sanctions against RF shipments (of anything - not just coal) to Kaliningrad (most obvious route seems to be through Belorussia).

Any idea?

Either way, that's Kaliningrad (RF Baltic fleet) and Murmansk (RF sub base) dangling by threads. What's next? Sevastopol?
