Back when I was in my mid-50s, I spent an hour in the pool trying to keep up with the local high school swim team. I'm mostly pretty fast in the water due to knowing how to streamline myself, make myself as long as possible, and a good catch - but keeping up with teens was… pretty tough.

I got back to the locker room, laid down on a bench, and announced to the world at large: "I wish I was thirty again!".

One of the other regulars announced back: " HelI - I wish I was eighty again!".

Kinda changed my attitude...
