Any idea how these ships are flagged? I see at least one reason for them to not be RF - the US withdrawing overwatch protection and potential subsequent piracy (a loaded tanker is a slow juicy target) and privateering. Ukraine issuing letters of marque would be a bonus. What's the RF going to do to UKR that they're not already?
