Actually, there is some concern about this one. That CDC recommendation is for people who already have an autoimmune disease, but anything that activates the immune system can be a trigger to start one of the autoimmune diseases. That 'anything' can be infection or vaccination - and the immune reaction to an actual infection is certainly stronger than the one to an infection. But it's still something to consider if you have, say, familial MS or rheumatoid arthritis, haven't seen any symptoms and are considering non-essential vaccinations, like the soon to be available booster shots. The risk is small ; it's just something to consider on the potential negative side, or, you know, talk over with your doctor.
