"The Ukraine"? I see use of this as an indication that you're parroting Russian talking points. The Minsk Accords more broadly were to persuade Ukraine that they could give up the nukes they had and still not be invaded by the rump-USSR.

One question: If Ukraine was still nuclear, would Putin have dared to invade?
