I've used plenty of hammers (framing, finishing, pein, helve / shrinking, sledge, upholstering), but that one is news to me. If it's new to you, too the difference as mentioned by Klein tools (they make great electricians' tools, particularly their pliers) seems to be "Extra-long neck, and narrow striking face... ideal for reaching into outlet boxes and other tight areas".

Now I know. If you didn't, maybe now you do, too...
