Agreed that there were plenty of things he could have done. He'd probably agree with you - in retrospect.

Also, I don't understand "becaulated" - or what it might be a typo of - but I'm pretty sure his oath of office was to the Constitution, not to a set of FBI agreed practices - which is what he broke. Again, I was BS about it when he happened - but I can now see how a bureaucrat could have made that miscalculation without ill intent.
