Agreed on lozenges for fighting off a cold - and I've seen a couple of studies that the acetate form works best for that purpose. I don't see a need for non-lozenges (not absorbed through mucosa) or acetate for day-to-day. For me, it's just a matter of actually taking the supplement. If it's in with all the others, I'm more likely to actually do that. I haven't looked into the bioavailability of the different types - and that might matter. I'm already taking methylated B6/12/folate (single combo lozenge) and I forget those on the regular.
