Agreed, excepting Comey.
Oh, he definitely screwed up, but he had to make a choice between no announcement - and the potential damage to the FBI that would come from "keeping secrets" - and an announcement. I'm not getting into the whole email server / Huma Abedein laptop / Anthony Weiner investigation mess.
But Comey was sure (as were a lot of us) that Clinton was going to win no matter what he did.
His decision almost certainly looks differently in hindsight than it did at the time he was making it. He was a bureaucrat protecting his turf who made a wrong decision. I was plenty mad about it at the time - but it looks like he was trying to be apolitical - in spite of the result.
