Time for a Ukranian stamp with a boar on it, maybe a Rus tricolor hanging off a tusk? I've encountered boars in the woods (long story but not in Ukraine). They're pretty terrifying as they just pop out of the underbrush at top speed, looking to open you up with a tusk. I was on *his* turf. Sound like Rus in Ukraine?

Because of course they left their guy behind. Gotta wonder if he was actually dead when they left him.

Any thoughts oh how Okeshky Sands might complicate the landings on the left bank? There aren’t many roads around and none across. If the sands are relatively impassable, that might give the Ukrainians yet another place they can use to draw Rus forces away from active fronts without putting too many of their guys at risk. But I’m probably wrong here...
