+1 on DxO PhotoLab. Version 4 (current) has IMO the best raw converter and one of the two best noise removal capabilities (so long as you have a raw file).

Editing is good - but it's not a layer based pixel editor (users of Nikon or NIK software will find it familiar). I've been using PL most of the time, hopping over to PS CS6 when I need layers - but now I'm using Affinity Photo for that as well (BTW Affinity Photo feels very familiar to a PS CS6 user, it's buy-once at US$50 - and sometimes it's half-off). I mostly use it to composite shots (primarily a stable background shot matted with a on-tracker night sky).

Both of these have free trials.

Oh, and I see Fuji X-Trans support is on the list for the next major version of PL. Might be there - but who knows?
